ClarioClean Mobile App User Agreement

Welcome to ClarioClean! This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) applies to the ClarioClean mobile app (the “App”), provided by [your company name] (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not use the App.

Definitions

App: means the ClarioClean mobile app.

(g) engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone else from using or enjoying the App.

4. Termination and Account Suspension

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account access at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately terminate.

5. Intellectual Property Protection

All content and materials (including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, and software) available on or through the App are the property of [your company name] or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. 6. User-Generated Content (Optional)

If the App offers paid services or in-app purchases, you agree to pay all fees and charges displayed during the purchase process. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but this will not affect the prices of products or services you have already purchased.
