ZapTV Remote User Agreement

Effective Date: October 31, 2025

Welcome to use ZapTV Remote (hereinafter referred to as "this App" or "APP"). This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") sets forth the terms for your use of this App between you and the ZapTV Remote developer (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "Company"). By using this App, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

Please note: This Agreement is not legal advice and is for reference only. Certain terms may be subject to the laws of your jurisdiction.

1. License and Use

• We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable limited license to use this App on compatible iOS devices to remote control TV and related functions.
• Prohibited: Reverse engineering, modifying, renting, or commercial use of this App.
• This App is for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Intellectual Property

• All rights to this App (including code, design, and trademarks) are owned by us.
• You grant us a non-exclusive license to use your feedback to improve the product.

3. User Content

• You are responsible for the legality of any content you upload (such as custom remote settings).
• We are not responsible for user-generated content.

4. Disclaimer

• This App is provided "as is" with no express or implied warranties (such as uninterrupted, error-free).
• We are not responsible for any damages caused by using this App, including data loss or device failure.
• Certain features rely on third parties (such as TV manufacturers), we do not guarantee 100% compatibility.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Our total liability does not exceed the fees you paid (if applicable; free version is 0).
• Does not apply to willful misconduct or force majeure.

6. Termination

• We may terminate your access at any time if you violate the Agreement.
• Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the App.

7. Governing Law

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
• Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration (except for small claims).

8. Miscellaneous

• Severability: Invalid terms do not affect the rest.
• Assignment: We may assign the Agreement, you may not.
• Completeness: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement.

If there are changes, we will notify within the App. Continued use constitutes agreement.
